Call for Applications: Video-making

THIS APPLICATION IS NOW CLOSED.

In 2015 and 2016, Transnational Dialogues will specifically research about the topic of marginality, seen from the duplex perspective of those who find themselves in and struggle to come out of it, and those who expressly look for it in order to escape from an unsatisfying mainstream condition of which they do not share the values. Among the different outputs, we intend to produce a video that reflects on the proposed theme.

Transnational Dialogues is now looking for one participant (Fellow) in the project who will produce a video on marginality. As a project Fellow, s/he will be granted full travel scholarship – including, among other benefits, international flights, local transportation and accommodation – to join the programme of activities of Transnational Dialogues 2015 and 2016, which consist of three 20-day residencies in Europe (September/October 2015), Brazil (March 2016) and China (June 2016). Please note that dates may vary. Furthermore, s/he will receive a fee to be agreed covering production costs.

  • Do you need a precise video subject or a script?
At this stage, we do not require a script. However, the more detailed the idea that you send to us, the easier it would be for us to assess it.
